Ceramic anilox roller is a product that is different from traditional metal anilox rollers. Its hardness is 4-5 times that of metal anilox rollers, with fine coating amount, smooth and uniform cells, long service life and easy cleaning. 

The ceramic anilox roller uses the plasma method to melt the thermally sprayed chromium oxide powder, melt and spray it on the surface of the metal smooth roller, and firmly bond with the metal roller to form a high-hardness and dense ceramic film, which is ground and polished, and then used in the ceramic film with a laser beam.
